Zach sent a  team  to clean, sanitize, and install new insulation in the attic  because of the negligence  of another company.    I already had a fixed cost in my mind and was happy that he did not exceed the amount.   Zach explained thoroughly what would take place and how long it would take.   Because of the nature of my problem: strong smoke smell, burning of eyes, coughing, etc.  the project was scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
Installers were professional as they all followed CDC safety guidelines and their guidelines for installation and removing damaged attic materials.

I am extremely pleased with the outcome.   I am now breathing fresh air and no longer having the breathing/coughing problems.    I received before and after pictures of the attic's appearance.

Recently used Air Care for a water heater replacement in my house and I highly recommend their service. Jimmy and Matthew were quick to respond and scheduled an appointment to come by two days after my initial call. They were efficient and professional in the work they did and even explained the different parts of the process to me. Super personable people! No hard sell, no pressure, just a solid explanation of options and recommendations. Made sure to show me all the completed work and explained how he fixed things. "Did The Job Well"

Air Care came the day after I called them. They gave me a window of 2 pm to 5 pm. Joey from Air Care called me first to let me know what the price was going to be to change out my thermostat. He said he didn't want to get over there and have to charge me a $100 fee if I didn't know the price of the thermostat. So I thought okay on the price and told him to come on over. He got over there about 2:30. He was a very nice cordial gentleman. He did the job well and was very nice. He looked like he knew what he was doing and got the job done in less than half an hour. I would definitely use Air Care again. They were good from the phone call out to schedule the work to the work they did.

Interviewed four companies and went with what we felt was the best. We were not disappointed. The owner professionally explained different systems and their operation thoroughly. He takes pride in his Incredible hard-working respectful team of installers. These professional technicians went above and beyond to install our new A/C and Heat Pump Heating system plus replaced all old ducting in our 33-year-old home with an original system. They gave us options in installation location and configuration and always checked to make sure we were happy with all steps of the installation. The Owner even came after hours to check and verify the install was to his high standards. So happy with our choice.

Called Air Care this morning due to my hot water tank leaking. I wasn’t sure what to do. There was a very friendly girl named Alex (I’m pretty sure). I was able to have JP show up less than 2 hours later. He called on his way and when he got to my home he was able to inspect the device. We moved into a new development. We had it for 8 years and it was time for a replacement. He gave us a couple of options that we can work with. He was super patient and answered all of our questions. Genuinely great guy and has a great team. After the inspection, JP drained my water tank. Then later two other techs came by to remove my old tank and installed the new one. Then JP came back to hook everything together. I’m so happy that this was all able to be done the same day and I’m able to resume as normal. Thank you for making this a seamless process for it being my first time ever going through this. You’re a lifesaver and we will be your forever customer in these cases.

We have a new system in our new home. The furnace was not installed correctly and wouldn't work. The installer couldn't fix it and stopped responding to my calls. I went to the manufacturer's website, they recommended Air Care. The techs that came to our home knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it in less than an hour. Working with Air Care was easy. I got several bids. Air Care was one of the better ones. I replaced an old propane heater and AC unit with a heat pump and replaced the ducts in my attic. JP made sure I was aware of the rebates and tax credits I would get with the system and gave me what I needed to file for those. The install went smoothly. Everything works.
